A young man, whose then passions were basketball and music; although encouraged by many to delve into the DJ scene, moved to Canada where he attained a degree in Computer Network Administration. However, his natural ability to create magic from his musical ear would eventually allow him exposure to the radio world through working on the Canadian airways. In 2002, Sirlancealot embarked on his journey as a maestro of sound and voice as he stepped into the world of radio. His debut as an Announcer and DJ at Chry 105.5 FM in Canada set the stage for what would become a groundbreaking career. This initial foray into the realm of radio not only showcased his exceptional talent but also laid the foundation for his future endeavors.
Upon returning to St. Lucia in 2003, Lance put his degree to action but his creativity outshone his qualifications. Crowds went wild for his whimsical way with songs and words; as this budding DJ made a name for himself, literally overnight in parties and local entertainment. He was finally convinced to become a radio host at Radio Caribbean International in 2006 and also served as the Production Manager during his RCI tenure.
